Tech career coach to help you move forward with your career, navigate transitions and find that elusive work-life balance.

If you are here, you’re probably dealing with too much.
Maybe you are unemployed and wondering what the next steps could be, or how to better navigate this moment.
Maybe you have been handling too much stress for a while, because your current job is draining your vital energy, but quitting is not an (easy) option.
Maybe you have a job that doesn’t resonate with you, but you are unsure what to do next.
Or maybe you want to grow in your career, but getting more responsibility seems just dreadful.
I get you. I’ve been there myself.

Hi, I’m Tanya!
As a former QA engineer, backend developer, a team lead, and having been through burnout myself, I can say I've walked in your shoes. So, my dear, I know the drill.
Now, as a coach, my goal is to help you debug your career and re-spark your curiosity and excitement.
Just like we'd do for a software development, we'll explore your vision, spend enough time to define KPIs, and craft together a roadmap to your desired future.
Yes, it will take a lot of time and effort, but you won't be alone. You'll have me as your brainstorming partner and accountability ally, supporting you as we put the strategies into action. Joking, cursing, and occasionally singing—coz, well, that's my style.
Coaching can be defined as a structured conversation which combines reflection, strategy, and accountability. It’s a space where you finally stop ruminating and start moving forward.
As your brainstorming and accountability partner, I’m there to support you, listening attentively and asking the right questions. Like in the rubber duck debugging, I won’t give you the answers, but I’ll definitely ask questions and be there to guide and support you in finding your path and your solution.
Here's how we can work together:
Private sessions for individuals seeking a brighter future.
